Payments made for any Covid-19 Test Services are non-refundable.
Exception for Pre-Flight Covid-19 test:
In case of last minute changes in Pre Flight Requirement (ie: pre flight PCR test not needed anymore to enter a certain country), refund is negotiable with relevant proofs provided.
In case of sudden cancellation of flight due to new travel prohibition, refund is negotiable with relevant proofs provided.
However, if flight was cancelled due to changes in personal schedule / plan, payment is Non-Refundable.
